Greenville County Youth Orchestra is the young artist orchestra of the School District of Greenville County, and is the Orchestra-In-Residence at Greenville's Fine Arts Center. It is a full symphony orchestra comprised of string, solo woodwind, brass, and percussion players from Greenville's public, private, and home schools. |
GCYO's 2007-2008 season features three Young Artist concerts staged at Dorothy Gunter theater, two School District orchestra concerts held at Wade Hampton High School, and the November 2nd-3rd Middle School Orchestra Festival, and a bevy of talented soloists (click for info).

We are now accepting applications for AUDITIONS for the 2008-2009 season of the School District of Greenville County's GCYO and The Philharmonic.
Auditions will be held April 4 and 5 at the Fine Arts Center or by special appointment as needed. To apply, simply click the button below, fill out and then submit the online form.
