The School District of Greenville County provides an excellent base for GCYO: faculty, rehearsal space, transportation for equipment, and some funds for music and supplies. MANY of the activities of the orchestra, however, are possible thanks to the contributions made by the Association’s sustaining members. The Association, a non-profit organization, gives Greenville County Youth Orchestra its characteristic breadth of activities and services, like scholarships, the Middle School Orchestra Festival, rental of local performing venues, hiring of additional coaches and musicians, providing refreshments for rehearsals and concerts and much more.
GCYO could not offer the range of experiences it does without the crucial assistance of the Association. We need you to become a member! All contributions are tax deductible! Levels of Membership
Director’s Circle: ($1000 - $1499)
- Your name will appear in the program used for all concerts
- A voucher for 2 tickets to all 3 concerts held at Gunter Theater and a 1/2 page program ad
Or
Conductor’s Circle: ($501-$999)
- Your name will appear in the program used for all concerts
- A voucher for 2 tickets to one concert of your choice held at Gunter Theater and a voucher for 1 CD or DVD of one concert of your choice
Or
Romantic level: ($301-$500)
- Your name will appear in the program used for all concerts
- A voucher for your choice of 4 concert CDs or DVDs
Classical level: ($151-$300)
- Your name will appear in the program used for all concerts
- A voucher for your choice of 3 concert CDs or DVDs
Baroque level: ($76-$150)
- Your name will appear in the program used for all concerts
- A voucher for your choice of 2 CDs or DVDs
Renaissance Level: ($26-$75)
- Your name will appear in the program used for all concert
